Nancy L. Apgar, beloved wife, devoted mother, grandmother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, at the age of 56. She was born on December 30, 1967, in Wilmington, Ohio, and spent her life forging connections in the communities she called home. She is preceded by her parents, David and Roberta (Breuer) Roades and brother, Kent Roades.
A proud resident of Hillsboro, Ohio, Nancy dedicated herself to her family, work and God. Nancy was known for her gentle spirit and unwavering support, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a listening ear. She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ and Guardian Angel Ministry.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ken Apgar; son, Aaron (Megan) Apgar of Hillsboro; daughter, Sara (Cory) Maynard of Georgia, five grandchildren, Layna and Ian Apgar, Blakely, Lakyn and Finley Maynard, sisters, Cindi (Larry) Krasniewski and Candace (Tom) Leininger, 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews and her dog Max. Together, they will hold cherished memories of family gatherings, laughter, and love, which will comfort them in the days to come.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday December 17, 2024 at Hamer Township Cemetery.
Nancy L. Apgar will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing and a source of comfort for those she leaves behind.
