Nancy Ellen Puckett
July 19, 1967 — February 9, 2014
Nancy Ellen Puckett of New Vienna entered into eternity with Jesus on February 9th due to a car accident. She was on the way to worship Jesus at her beloved Hillsboro Church of Christ where she was a devoted member.
She was born on July 19, 1967 in Indianapolis, IN., to Dallas & Norma Tullis Puckett.
She loved ministering to children in Junior Church and in the nursery. Besides delighting in her family, she enjoyed Cross word puzzles and cooking. She had worked for her father in his musical instrument and nutrition stores.
Beside her parents, she is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Allan & Karen Puckett of Miamisburg and Matthew and Beth Puckett of Lynchburg;
four nephews, Joshua & Aaron Puckett, Matthew & Michael Horn; two nieces, Kristen & Allayna plus a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter & Viola Puckett and Dorsey & Elizabeth Tullis.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Funeral Home this Thursday from 12 noon to 2:00 PM with memorial services to follow at 2:00 PM. Dallas's brother, Arnold Puckett from Kentucky and brother-in-law Leroy Waggoner from Illinois will officiate.
Burial will follow in the New Market Cemetery.
