Nancy was born December 27, 1938 in Hazard, KY., the daughter of the late William and Maddie Sue (Goodman) Johnson.
Nancy graduated from Felicity Franklin High School. After graduation, Nancy worked for the Velva-Sheen Shirt Factory in Fairfax, OH.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Derreck Rainey; son, William A. (Linda) Maddox; granddaughter, Jennifer (James) Smith.
