Neal L. Burkard

Neal L. Burkard, 64 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, August 1, 2008 at the Heartland of Hillsboro.
He was born in Wooster, Ohio on April 4, 1944 the son of the late John C. and Helen H. Schlotterbeck Burkard.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Karl Burkard.
He is survived by three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Richard and Carolyn Burkard, David and Glenna Burkard, and Robert Burkard, all of Hillsboro, special friends, Betty and Laverne Hargett, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Tom Zile officiating. Burial will follow in New Market Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
