Nellie L. Elliott, 64 years of Winchester, died Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on September 1, 1943 the daughter of the late Paul G. and Josie Edenfield Foster.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one brother Walter Foster, and one sister Alice Frost.
Nellie was a graduate of Winchester High School.
She is survived by her husband Ronald Elliott of 46 years. One daughter Debra Pendell of Winchester, Ohio. One brother James Foster of Austin, Texas, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester, Ohio with Pastor Tim Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
