Nelson Grogg

Nelson Grogg, 69 years of Peebles, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Lewis County, West Virginia on August 19, 1942 the son of the late Freeman and Wanda Lego Grogg.
Nelson attended Frog Hollow Church; he was also an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era, a 32 Degree Mason, and a member of the N.R.A.
He is survived by his wife Pat Ralston Grogg of Peebles, whom he married on November 25, 1966, one daughter and son-in-law; Pamela and Lonnie Lawson of California, three brothers; Rease Grogg, Bernard Forrest, and Kevin Forrest all of West Virginia, four sisters; Nellie Sandy of West Virginia, Deloris Harris of West Virginia, Darlene Burkhammer of West Virginia, Jeannie Coleman of Florida, and Bonnie Harris of West Virginia, four grandchildren; Madison, Jaidyn, Sierra, and Brody, and one sister-in-law; Bertha and John Niswander of Peebles.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Frog Hollow Church with Tim Case officiating. Friends may call on Saturday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. at Frog Hollow Church.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
