Nola Ryan, 71 years of Seaman, died Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on December 28, 1932 the daughter of the late David W. and Nellie M. Harmon Vance.
She was an L.P.N. She was a member of the Tranquility Community Church, the Seaman Lions Club, and the Seaman American Legion Auxiliary Post #633.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Ryan, who passed away in 1990, one brother, and two sisters.
She is survived by one brother, Charles Vance of Cincinnati, and four nieces, Joyce Boldman of West Union, Dee Dee Abbott of Maysville, Pam, and Susan.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Rev. Raymond Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Seaman Lions Club.
