She was born in Chillicothe, OH on July 21, 1962, the daughter of the late Chester and Letha (Purdin) Miller.
Pam was a member of the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church.
Pam is survived by her husband, Kelly Knisley, son, Danny Slone of Hillsboro daughter, Arlana Slone of Hillsboro, three brothers, Johnny (Dawn) Miller of Monticello, KY, Orville (Melissa) Miller of Kansas, OH and Kenneth Waulk, Jr. of Monticello, KY, sister, Beverly (Edwin) Muncy of Lynchburg and five grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
