Patsy J. Thompson, age 74 of Seaman, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on February 25, 1938 the daughter of the late Thomas and Lola Heppard Gardner.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, one son; James Gardner, and two brothers; David and Joseph Gardner.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Doris and William Moore of Seaman, one brother; Roger Gardner of Peebles, one sister; Judy Gardner of Peebles, 4 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews, two step sons; Bill Bailey and Henry Thompson, and three step daughters; Francis Loper, Jeannie Littleton, and Pat Sartori.
Cremation is to take place with a Memorial Service to be held at the convenience of the family.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Homes, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman is in charge of the arrangements.
