Patty L. Boone, 66 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, June 30, 2002 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born in Hillsboro, Ohio on November 3, 1935 the daughter of the late Fred and Mary Opal Piatt Young.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Jean Avedisian.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Teresa Boone of Hillsboro, Dean and Barbara Boone of Cadiz, Ohio, daughters and son-in-law, Donna Morgan of Hillsboro, Wanda and Mike DeLong of Hillsboro, Jean Clements of Hillsboro, sister, Marjorie Upp of Washington Court House, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Mark Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1580 King Avenue, Columbus, OH 43212-2000.
