Paul E. Boggess, 96 years of Dayton, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Sycamore Glen Health Center.
He was born in Clark County, Ohio on January 7, 1912 the son of the late George and Rena Wood Boggess.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, four brothers and twin sons Larry and Garry.
Paul retried from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base after 31years. He enjoyed life to its fullest and loved to travel and play golf. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 36 years, Maxine Grove Boggess, son Marc Louise Boggess of Choctaw Lake, daughter, Claudia Steve Smith of Roswell, Georgia. Seven Grandchildren, ten great grand children, and two great great grandchildren, and a nephew Donald Greider of Springfield, OH.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Cemetery with John Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank Sycamore Nursing Care Center and Hospice of Dayton for their kindness and caring.
