Paul Edward Cummings

Paul Edward Cummings, 90 of Hillsboro Marshall Community died Saturday, November 24, 2001 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
He was born in Highland County on April 16, 1911 the son of Farris B. and Lulu Weaver Cummings.
He was a member of the Marshall United Methodist Church, United Methodist Mens Brotherhood, Highland County Farm Bureau, owned and operated Cummings Farm Supply from 1957 to 1964 and was a prominent farmer in the Marshall Community.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by two grandchildren, two brothers and two Sisters.
He is survived by his wife Margaret Grover Cummings whom he married on May 6, 1932, two sons and daughters-in-law, Ferris and Patty Cummings of Hillsboro, John and Connie Cummings of Hillsboro, four daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Richard Matthews of Jamestown, Pauline and Charles Ralph Shoemaker of Marshall, Barbara and Sammy Colliver of Hillsboro, Dr. Mary Lou and John Patton of Philadelphia PA, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will held on Saturday, December 1, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Janie Shoemaker and Rev. Beverly Warner officiating. Burial will follow in the Marshall Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday evenng from 6:00 till 8:00P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Church of your Choice.
