Paul William Levo, 80 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Friday June 19, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in New Vienna on November 5, 1934, the son of the late William and Anna (Johnson) Levo. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by three brothers, Robert "Bob", Richard "Dick" and Philip "P.J." Levo and a nephew Rich Levo.
Paul was a member of the Eagles Aerie #1161, AMVETS # 61, Hara, Highland County Airport Group, Highland County Senior Center, NRA and ARRL. Served in the United States Army National Guard, attended Hillsboro United Methodist Church and worked at Robertshaw Controls, Airborne and Community Radio's.
Paul is survived by his wife Mary (Babb) Levo of Hillsboro; son & daughter-in-law, Roger A. and Linda A. Levo of Lebanon, OH.; one nephew, John Levo (Kathy) of Hillsboro, five nieces, Barbara Levo-Randolph (Tom) of Texas, Beverly Levo-Kendall (Jim) of Texas, Linda Levo-White (Scott) of North Carolina, Julie Levo-Tunderman (Tom) of Connecticut, Becky Levo-Schmidt (Mike) of Wisconsin; several great nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Wilmington with Military Rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call from 11:30 A.M. until time of service on Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
