He was born on February 3, 1956 in Highland County, Ohio to the late Paul Eugene and Bonnie Lee Johnson Rhoads.
He worked in Maintenance at Candle-Lite.
He is survived by his wife Linda L. Lightner Rhoads of Hillsboro, Son, Jeremy Gunter of Hillsboro, daughters and sons-in-law, Bobbie and Mike Morgan of Hillsboro, Bonnie and Christopher Lowe of Hillsboro, Kathy and Tim Bauer of Leesburg, Mindy Rhoads of Hillsboro, brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Diane Rhoads of Georgia, Joe Rhoads of Hillsboro, Jack and Brenda Rhoads of Hillsboro, Ronnie Rhoads of Hillsboro, sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Bob Moore of Hillsboro, Pauline and Gary Edwards of Seaman, Mary Ann and Paul Mitchell of Portsmouth, Joyce and Danny Lightner of Seaman and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Allan Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday evening from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
