Paul Rigsby

Paul Rigsby, 84 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Tuesday June 20, 2023. He was born in Magoffin County, KY on July 16, 1938, the son of the late Hayden and Peachie (Montgomery) Rigsby. Besides his parents, Paul is also preceded in death by his siblings, Luria Prater, Rurie Slusher, Frances Rowe, and David Allen Rigsby. Paul was a member and Deacon of the Marshall Church of Christ. He enjoyed mowing his lawn and playing golf. He never met a stranger, was a devoted family man, and was a part of the "Grumpy Old Men" breakfast club (as they liked to call it). Paul is survived by his wife, Lynda (Rhoades) Rigsby. They were united in marriage on March 1, 1958, and had four children: Cathy Rigsby of Chantilly, VA, Paula (Rich) Pennington of McLean, VA, Brian (Karen) Rigsby of Hillsboro and Mark (Sandi) Rigsby of Houston, TX.
