Paul M. Watson, 80 years of Franklin, died Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at the Middletown Regional Hospital.
He was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on June 25, 1922 the son of the late Noel and Opal McKee Watson.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Germantown First Church of God. He retired as an oiler with Diamond International.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Haynes Watson of Franklin, daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Bill Moses of Franklin, two grandchildren, Andy Moses of Maineville, Andrea Moses of Hamilton, brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Gladys Watson of Hillsboro, Glenn and Jenny Watson of Morrow, and sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois Pike of Cincinnati, Ina and Charles Hartke of Loveland, Wilda and Jerry Wagnor of Maineville, and Jean Watson of Loveland.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2003 at 12:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Gary Ashley officiating. Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 till 12:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
