Paulette Martin, 58 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday July 8, 2012 at the Highland District Hospital
She was born at Mariemont, OH on April 14, 1954 the daughter of the late Paul A and Mary F. Evans Davidson. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one son Bobby Martin on October 17, 2003.
She was a member of the Hillsboro 1st United Methodist Church where she was a pianist, played in the Bell Choir and sang in the Chancel Choir.
She had worked at Carter Lumber Company for several years and at Weastec.
She Is survived by her husband Larry Martin whom she married on October 21, 1976, one son and daughter-in-law, Paul & Sheri Martin of Ft Bragg, NC; one daughter and son in law, Katie & Clint Wharton of Hillsboro; one sister Vicki Harris of Hillsboro; three grandchildren, Ashley Jenkins, Paul Jenkins, Tia Martin and nieces and a host of friends.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the Hillsboro 1st United Methodist Church with Dr. Derek Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the Hamer Township Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home.
