Peggy Dupree, age 62 of Peebles, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on November 29, 1952.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Shoemaker; son, Chad Dupree; and brother, Rick Shoemaker.
She is survived by her husband whom she married on November 19, 1971, Cecil Dupree of Peebles; mother, Becky Shoemaker of Peebles; daughter, Cindy Dupree of Peebles; brothers, Harry and Kim Shoemaker of Peebles and Danny and Nancy Shoemaker of Peebles; sisters, Ruth Ann and Gene Newman of Peebles, Glenna and Jim Cochran of Waverly, Betty Shoemaker of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and Janet and Melvin Plank of Flemingsburg, Kentucky; and granddaughter, Libierty Dupree.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the church.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
