Peggy Lorie Williamson

July 28, 1946 — March 4, 2007

I go to life and not to death

From darkness to life?s native sky;

I go from sickness and from pain

Let our farewell, then, be tearless;

Since I bid farewell to tears:

Write this day of my departure

Festive in your coming years.

You have gone from us Dear Sister,

you have crossed the bitter sea

You have gone to meet our Savior and

live an eternity.

You shared our every sorrow, you were

happy when we were glad

You lived and loved and wept; you

prayed when we were sad.

You suffered many hardships, your

body was wracked with pain,

But God came and took you to make

you whole again.

We are going to miss our loved one,

We weep because she?s gone;

But she left behind a blessing; her

memory will linger on.
