Phillip Eugene Mcneilan

Phillip E. McNeilan, 63, of Winchester, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at his residence.
He was born in Adams County on November 17, 1954. He was the son of the late Harold E. McNeilan and Earnestine (McGuire) McNeilan.

He was employed by Randall Company in Wilmington, Ohio, Killen Station in Rome, Ohio and was owner and operator of Customer Carpet Works in Winchester, Ohio.

He is survived by his step-mother Mary Louise (Sibert) McNeilan of West Union, Ohio; former wives; Stevetta (Farrell) Grooms of Winchester, Ohio; Sandie (Moore) McNeilan of West Union, Ohio; two sons Tony McNeilan (Crystal) of Williamsburg, Ohio; Sean McNeilan (Clarissa) of Winchester, Ohio; five sisters, Rose Ann and Mike Miller of Florida; Sheila and Bobby Stratton of Winchester, Ohio; Shirley and James Osborn of Lucasville, Ohio; Susan Eldridge of Seaman, Ohio; Donna and David Smith of West Union, Ohio; six brothers, Sam and Jean Shepard of Hillsboro, Ohio; Mike McNeilan of Unity, Ohio; Leonard and Kelly Shepard of Columbus, Ohio; David Shepard of Texas; Mike Shepard of Texas; Harold and Peggy Sibert of West Union, Ohio; three granddaughters; two great granddaughters; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He is preceded in death by one sister, Brenda McKinnely and one deceased brother, Jerry Lee McNeilan and one grandson.

Services will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Wallace Thompson/Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home located in Winchester, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. with services following with Jerrod Grooms officiating. Burial will follow at Winchester Cemetery.
