Phyllis Jean Kelley, 75 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at the Highland District Hospital.
She was born in Adams County, on August 25, 1936 the daughter of the late Harry and Hettie Simmons Campton.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ and had retired from the Bright Local School after 25 years of service.
She is survived by her husband Donald Kelley whom she married on July 10, 1955, son and daughter in law, Ed and Lisa Kelley of Hillsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Tom Dance of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Melanie Chris Foxx of Hillsboro, Lee Lisa Fox Kelley of Hillsboro, Shawn Brittane Burgess Dance of Hillsboro, Kelli A. Randy Cooper Kelley of Washington, CH; one great granddaughter, Brianna Foxx.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Prospect Cemetery under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home.
There will be no visitation.
