Phyllis Kay Scott, 70 years of Sabina, passed away on Friday January 24, 2014 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.
She was born in Lancaster, Ohio on July 2, 1943, the daughter of the late Wesley and Rose Hawk Hunt.
Phyllis was a member of the Byington Christian Union Church and attended Cross Life Full Gospel Church in Hillsboro.
She is survived by her husband John Scott of Bloomington, two sons Estel Fraley of Urbana and Burk Fraley of Urbana, four daughters Linda Jim Caplinger of New Vienna, Ruby Fraley of Urbana, Susan Fraley of Bloomington and Jo Anne Fraley of Hillsboro; two brothers Roger Hunt of Urbana and Ronnie Hunt of Hillsboro, five sisters Roberta Humphrey of Latham, Tammy Montgomery of Peebles, Sandy Nevil of Hillsboro, Linda Humphrey of Hillsboro and Cinda Mills of Urbana, twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 P.M. Noon on Thursday January 30, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at Port William Cemetery.
Friends may call at 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Thursday January 30, 2014 at the funeral home.
