Priscilla D. Blevins, 51 years of Sardinia, passed away on Thursday February 26, 2015 at the Bethesda North Hospital.
She was born in West Union on March 12, 1963, the daughter of the late Hobert A. and Cora Josephine (Perkins) Blevins, Sr. Besides her parents she was also preceded by one sister Christine Michelle Jenkins.
Priscilla is survived by her Fiancé Scott Puckett of Sardinia, two daughters Priscilla Nicole (Jared) Knisley of Peebles and Tashia Rowe of Chillicothe, three step-daughters Shana (Kenny) Potter of Mt. Orab, Ashley (Rick) Rorick of Ripley and Alysha Puckett of Mt. Orab; two brothers Hobert Allen (Maria) Blevins, Jr. of Indiana and Herbert L. (Nancy) Blevins of Hillsboro, one sister Angileta Jo (Chris) Wysong of Florida, 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Monday March 2, 2015 at the Fairview Church of Christ in Christian Union, 2029 Fairview Road, Peebles, OH 45660, with Bob King officiating. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Sunday March 1, 2015 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring.
