Prudence Jane Deeter

Prudence Jane Deeter, 78 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Wednesday December 3, 2014 at the Highland District Hospital.
She was born in Dayton, OH on July 27, 1936, the daughter of the late Leroy and Prudence Ann (Pennington) Loe, besides her parents she is also preceded by her husband, of 50 years, James Edward Deeter, who died on October 3, 2007, daughter Johna Maria Roberts, four brothers, three grandchildren; Cody Deeter, Garth Snyder and Tara Gillespie and one great grandchild.
Prudence Jane was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons Lester Leroy (Marsha) Deeter of Hillsboro and James Edward, Jr. (Colena) Deeter of Hillsboro, daughters Ruth Irene Deeter of Rainsboro, Janet (Mike) Simons of Sardinia and Prudence (Dan) Fisher of Hillsboro, sister Caroline Tatem of Flagstaff, AZ, Son-in-Law Buck Roberts of Fountain, CO, 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday December 8, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Lamb officiating. Burial will follow at Gilboa Cemetery in Greenfield.
Friends may call at 11:00 A.M. until time of service of Monday December 8, 2014.
Donations can be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Blvd, Mt. Orab, OH 45154.
