Ralph W. Slack, Jr.

Ralph W. Slack, Jr., 68 years of Latham, OH., passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Ralph was born October 8, 1953 in West Union, OH, the son of the late Ralph W. and Elsie Mae (Conn) Slack, Sr.

Ralph was a 1971 Graduate of Peebles High School. Member of the Hillsboro Church of God and the NRA. Ralph retired in 2018 after 40 years of service from Hillsboro Rotary Forms Press as a Master Journeyman.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Teresa D. (Hooley) Slack; two sons, Wayne A. Slack of Chillicothe, OH, Randy A. Slack of Wilmington, N.C.; one daughter, Karen (Brett) Garrett of Peebles, OH; three grandchildren, Dakota (Alexandria) Garrett, Kiera Garrett, Kasey Garrett; two great grandchildren, Cameron Garrett, Greyson Garrett; one brother, Rick (Brenda) Slack, of Peebles, OH; two sisters, Diana Sarbell of Cherry Fork, OH, Jenny (John) Jordan of Piketon, OH; several nieces, nephews, cousins, beloved Church Family and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the Hillsboro Church of God, 5760 U.S. 62, Hillsboro, OH. Pastor John Coyle will officiate with burial in the East Cemetery at Latham. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hillsboro Church of God.
