Ramona B. ?Joy? Temple, 69 years of Hillsboro, died unexpectedly Friday, September 28, 2007.
Joy was born February 28, 1938 in Brown County, Ohio, the daughter Herbert and Ruth Malott Brown.
She was united in marriage to Joe Temple on August 3, 1958, who survives Also surviving her are her mother Ruth Brown of Columbus, Ohio; a daughter Jennifer; son, J. David Amber Temple; four grandchildren, Alex, Brandon, Hayleigh and Gavin ; brother, Wayne Sylvia Brown of Arizona; niece, Cindy Meade of Winchester, Ohio; nephew, Don Brown of Oregon.
Joy was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ. Retired after 32 years of teaching and a librarian from the Hillsboro City Schools and Bright Local School District.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Burial will follow in the New Market Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Charity of Choice.
