Randy was born January 5, 1960 in Highland County, OH, the son of the late Sheriff Hugh R. Rogers and Patricia A. (Culp)Rogers of Hillsboro.
Randy attended Hills and Dales and retired after 40 years from HighCo Work Shop in Hillsboro.
Beside his father, Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Bessie Culp and Raymond and Elizabeth Rogers.
