Ray Miller, 65 years of Peebles, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on August 12, 1943 the son of the late Jack and Bertha Miller Litteral.
Ray was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the I.B.E.W. Portsmouth Local #575.
He is survived by his wife Robin Sowards Miller, whom he married on October 31, 2004, three daughters and son-in-law; Angie and Charles Craig of Salvisa, Kentucky, Carmalita Setty of Lexington, Kentucky, and Jess Woods-Miller of Cincinnati, four brothers; Jimmy Miller of Peebles, David Dotson of Sardinia, Charles Dotson of Seaman, and Wayne Dotson of Peebles, three sisters; Judy Begley of Peebles, Becky Kelly of Cincinnati, and Mandy Gaffin of Peebles, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Dave Hopkins officiating with Military Rites will be given by the Adams County Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
