Ray W. Tolle

Ray W. Tolle, 82 years of Florence, Kentucky, formerly of Seaman, died Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at his residence.
He was born in Oxford, Indiana on August 19, 1922 the son of the late Don and Alta Eakins Tolle.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Seaman Presbyterian Church and a charter member of the Seaman American Legion Charles H. Eyre Post #633. He retired from the Levi Strauss Company.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by brother, Paul Tolle, and sister, Mary Rothwell.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Webb Tolle, who he married on July 16, 1960, step son, David Brenda K. Wheeler of Seaman, sisters, Bonnie Cyrus of Wilmington, Betty Yobitch of Wilmington, three step grandchildren, Amanda Wheeler of Seaman, Stella Wheeler Waxman of Portsmouth, Virginia, John Wheeler of Seaman, two step great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Rev. Raymond Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
