Raymond Red Alexander, 81 years of Winchester, died Saturday, October 30, 2004 at his residence.
He was born in Jackson, Mississippi on November 9, 1922 the son of the late William L. and Helen McGinnis Alexander.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the St. George Catholic Church. He was a section foreman with the railroad.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Mutt and Roy Alexander.
He is survived by his wife, Ryanna Bradley Alexander of Winchester, step daughter, Tracie Black of Mt. Orab, sister, Sue Alexander of Cincinnati, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester with Father Ted Kosse officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
