She was born in Van Nuys, California on February 17, 1958 the daughter of the late Jacob Keffer, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Roger Blair of Peebles, Ohio, and mother Jeane Thompson of Peebles, Ohio. Four daughters Brandy Keffer of Columbus, Ohio, Holly Keffer of Columbus, Ohio, Candice Torres of Peebles, Ohio, and Brittany Torres of Peebles, Ohio. Three brothers Brian Keffer, Kerry Keffer and Robert Thompson. One sister Linda Davis, and four grandchildren.
