Reva Anderson, 73 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at her residence.
She was born in Morgan County, Kentucky on December 24, 1934 the daughter of the late Atley Ray Adkins and Ethel Brewer Adkins of Clearwater, FL.
Beside her father she was preceded in death by her first husband Clayton Helton on July 21, 1968 and second husband James E. Anderson on August 5, 1992, and one son Larry J. Helton.
Reva was a member of the Southside Church of God, and a member of the Highland County Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her mother. One son & daughter-in-law, Gary R. & Dreama Helton of Huber Heights, OH. One daughter & son-in-law, Teresa & Floyd Beekman of Hillsboro, OH. One brother, Dr. Dale Adkins, of Pikeville, KY. Two sisters & brothers-in-law, Phyllis & Hager Helton of Fairborn , OH, and Brenda & Todd Comer of Clearwater, FL. Seven grandchildren, Dr. Mariko DeWire, Michelle & Michael, Tamara Frazer & Doug, Chad & Stephanie Frazer, Tracy Frazer & Richard, Amber Frazer, and Ashley Frazer, and two great grandchildren, Garrett Frazer, and Mason. Special friends, Sister Shirley, Sister Billie, and Brother Richard.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, OH with Rev. Wayne Flowers officiating.
Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
