Richard Lee Skaggs, 84, of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday November 21, 2021.
He was born in Bainbridge on January 16, 1937, the son of late Thomas and Flora (Wilson) Skaggs. Besides his parents Richard was also preceded in death by brothers, Andrew, Thomas, Earnest, Daniel and Fred Skaggs, and an infant brother, sisters Nellie Ward, Margaret Snider, Mary Lowman, Edith Rachford, Cora Bayse, and two infant sisters.
Richard is survived by his wife Jeanne, whom were married on September 23, 1973, his sister Phyllis Sexton of Greenfield, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Sugar Tree Ridge Cemetery 2446 SR 136 Hillsboro, OH. Military Rites will be conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
