Ricky Joe Forte, 49 years of Leesburg, died Sunday, September 5, 2004 at his residence.
He was born at Greenfield on January 19, 1955 the son of Ronald and Margaret Forte Waddell.
Beside his father he was preceded in death by a special nephew, Freddie Waddell, Jr., grandmother?s, Opal Bumgarner and Ida Stillwell.
He is survived by his mother Margaret Waddell of Leesburg, brothers and sister-in-law, Kevin and Sandy Waddell of Hillsboro, Freddie Waddell of Hillsboro, sister, Gina Waddell of Hillsboro, Aunts, Becky Paul Miller of Leesburg, Mary Huffman of Hillsboro, Doris Collinsworth of Dayton, Uncle, Mike Waddell of California, special nephew, Aaron Waddell of Hillsboro, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Wiley Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro and the body will lie in State on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. till time of service at 2:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Charity of your Choice.
