Robert Paul DelGrosso, 43 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, January 25, 2004 at his residence.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 24, 1961 the son of Victor and Alma Jean Deatherage DelGrosso.
He worked for Airborne Express. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and liked to restore old cars.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor DelGrosso, one brother, Kevin DelGrosso, and one nephew, Matthew Darr.
He is survived by his mother, Alma Jean Black of West Union, brothers and sisters-in-law, Victor and Barb DelGrosso of Dayton, Richard and Jeanne DelGrosso of Dayton, Michael and Kathy DelGrosso of Culpepper, Virginia, Dave DelGrosso of Trenton, sisters, Linda DelGrosso of Bainbridge, Tonette Walker of West Union, special niece and nephew, Danielle Walker and Davey DelGrosso, special friends, Ray DeBusk, Jack Spencer, Randy Blakely, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2004 at 4:30 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Graveside service will be held at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Middletown, on Monday, February 2, 2004 at 12:00 P.M.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Robert Paul DelGrosso Scholarship Fund, C/O NCB Bank, 139 S. High Street, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
