Robert H. "Bob" French, Jr., 75 years of Milford, passed away on Tuesday August 8, 2017 at the Glendale Place Nursing and Rehab Center.
He was born in Cincinnati, on June 8, 1942, the son of the late Robert "Jerry" and Dorothy (Duff) French, Sr. Besides his parents; he was also preceded by his cousin, Jim Duff.
Bob served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was apart of the Packard Club.
Bob is survived by his two sisters, Nancy (Kent) Pickard of Wilmington and Mary (Jim) Sweet of New Mexico, nieces and nephews, Kenny (Robyn) Pickard, Dennis Sweet, Nancy (Russ Ethington) Sweet Elizabeth Sweet and Bonnie (John) Schofield, many great nieces and nephews and cousins, Doug Rose and Jean Ann (Don) Sidebottom.
Graveside Service will be 4:00 PM Saturday August 12, 2017 at the Highland Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may visit from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, on Saturday, at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio.
