Robert Allen Waugh, 49 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
He was born in Mason County, West Virginia on August 29, 1959 the son of the late Allen C. and Ima Celestine Edmonds Waugh.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Kenneth Waugh and Warren Waugh.
Robert was a member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers, Dayton Local #22, and Boiler Makers Union & Brick Mason Union for over 30 years.
He is survived by his Fiancée Vicky Page Shideler of Hillsboro, OH. One son Jesse Waugh of Hillsboro, OH. One daughter Amy Waugh of Hillsboro, OH. Two brothers Gene Waugh of Black Betsey, WV, and Russell Waugh of Ashton, WV. Three sisters Betty McComas of Jerry's Run Road, WV, Rosalie Hysell of Culloden, WV, and Sherry Kirtley of Milton WV. Numerous nieces, nephews cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 4:30 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio with Dr. Dan Lamb officiating.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 till 4:30 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Balls Chapel Church in Ashton, West Virginia with Rev. B.C. Egnor officiating. Burial will follow in Balls Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Deals Funeral Home.
