Roger Lee Coss

Roger L. Coss, 84 years of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
He was born May 26, 1940 in Troy, OH., the son of the late Vernon F. and Grace (Brown) Coss. Beside his parents, Roger was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon "Sonny" Coss and David Coss; four sisters, Frances Winert, Betty Zonars, Virginia Matthews and Phyllis Dick.
Roger was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. After graduation, he served his Country in the U.S. Army. Roger followed family tradition in the construction trade and was a member of the local union in Dayton.
He is survived by two sons, Craig Coss and Mark Coss, both of Huber Heights, OH.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
A Graveside Service with Military Rites will be conducted at the New Market Baptist Cemetery Thursday July 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
