Ronald N. Strain, I., 42 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, June 13, 2004.
He was born in Fayette County, Ohio on October 28, 1961 the son of Lewis Nelson and Kathryn Hamilton Strain.
He was a Highland County 4-H Advisor for the Goats Galore and More for thirteen years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Nelson Strain, and two brothers, Randy and Robert Strain.
He was united in marriage on August 15, 1981 to Darlene Linkhart Strain, who survives. He is also survived by his mother, Kathryn Strain of Hillsboro, son, R. Nyle Strain, II. of Hillsboro, daughters, Lacy Strain of Hillsboro, Emily Strain of Hillsboro, and mother-in-law, Della Linkhart of New Vienna.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Bridges Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
