Ronald Johnson, age 66 of Columbus, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on February 12, 1948 the son of the late Harlan and Wilma McFarland Johnson.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Johnson.
Ronald was a member of the Sons of American Legion, Peebles Masonic Lodge #581, and retired I.B.E.W. Local #683 in Columbus.
He is survived by two sons, Ronnie Johnson of Peebles and Jim Johnson of Yellow Springs, Ohio; one brother, Jeff Johnson of Peebles; one sister, Imogene Ryan of Peebles; three grandchildren, Trent, Emily, and Taylor; and two great grandchildren, Harley and Remmington.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Harold Keaton officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
