Ronald W. Scott, 78 years of Leesburg, passed away on Saturday August 2, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Highland County, OH on August 18, 1935, the son of the late Mack and Mary Eakins Scott. Besides his parents he was also preceded by two brothers Keith Scott and Kent Scott, brother-in-law Harold Robison and sister-in-law Donna Scott.
Ronald was a graduate of Marshall High School and Wilmington College; he also taught at Bright Local School District and Hillsboro City Schools for 32 years.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Grover Scott, whom he married on July 12, 1964, son Don Scott of Centerville, OH, brother Randell Scott of Leesburg, sisters Kathleen Ervin Griffith of Hillsboro, Karlene Robison of Upper Arlington and Rita John Faris of Washington Court House; sister-in-law Katherine Scott of Grove City and several nieces and nephews.
