Ronald Dale Wallace, 79 years of Sardinia, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at his residence.
Dale was April 29, 1939 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Elbert and Iva (Lewis) Wallace. Beside his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Rhonda (Caudill) Wallace on April 9, 2011; three brothers, Donald, Howard and Leonard Wallace; one step daughter, Joan Marie Brown.
Dale was a member of the Russellville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Dale is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Kevin) Mercer of Hillsboro, Amanda (Corey) Ballein of Hillsboro; two sons, Anthony "Tony" Wallace of Hillsboro, Samuel Jasper (Velma) Wallace of Westerville; two step daughters, Pamela (Mike) Huber of Sardinia, Margie (Bob) Myers of Batavia; three step sons, Richard Gibson, Jr. of Hillsboro, Jerry David (Sandy) Gibson of Cincinnati, Marson Gibson of TN.; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 20 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 19, 2018 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
