Rosa Mae Jones Caplinger

Rosa Mae Jones Caplinger, 85 years of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at her residence.
She was born in Tater Ridge, Adams County, Ohio on September 13, 1921 the daughter of the late John P. and Leah Hazelbaker Boggess.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene, the Hillsboro F.O.E. Ladies Auxiliary #1161, the Hillsboro VFW Ladies Auxiliary #9094, the Tombstone, Arizona American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and the Highland Trail Breakers.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Eston Paul Jones, who passed away in 1976, and her second husband, Cecil Caplinger, who passed away in 1985.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Eston and Mary Jones of Australia, Tom and Teena Jones of Spring Creek, Nevada, daughter, Betty Davis of Tombstone, Arizona, brother, Billy Boggess of Las Vegas, Nevada, sister, Kathryn Nichols of Peebles, five grandchildren, Dennis Nita Davis, Dustin Shawna Davis, Julie Bill Scott, Hank Kellie Jones, Eston Paul Jones, and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Tom Zile and David Schell officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene.
Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
