Roy Dale Bennington, 80 years of Blue Creek, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Blue Creek, Ohio on May 22, 1927 the son of the late William and Anna Waldron Bennington.
He was a longtime member of the White Oak Christian Union Church.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
He is survived by his wife Pauline Robinson Bennington, whom he married on August 10, 1948, special niece Sue King of Peebles, special friends Sabrina and Scott Osman of Peebles, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Cliff Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
