Roy L. Burgans 79 years of Hillsboro, OH passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024. Born on July 07, 1944 in Harlan County, KY. Son of the late Edmond Burgans and Zerda Estep. Roy is survived by his 3 sons, Johnny Burgans, Richard Noland and Brian Noland, daughter, Michelle Noland, 2 step-daughters, Sheila Noland and Tiny Roby as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. After serving in the Army, Roy went on to work at The Car Wash. Graveside Service's will be 1:00 PM on May 17, 2024 at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford, Ohio.
