He was born in Pike County, Ohio on October 6, 1958 the son of Ronald E. Locke, Sr. who is deceased and surviving mother Ethel Mae Knisley Locke.
He is survived by his mother, wife Margaret Howard Locke of Bainbridge, Ohio, and son Cecil A. "Boomer" Locke of Bainbridge, Ohio. One twin brother Robert Locke of Bainbridge, Ohio, five brothers and sisters/law Leo Ellen Cox of Bainbridge, Ohio, Frank Lillian Cox of Michigan, Oliver Darlene Cox of Michigan, Jim Cathy Rhoades of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Gene Pat Locke of Waverly, Ohio. Four sisters & brothers/law Fran Bob Whitley of Bainbridge, Ohio, Freida Dave Cross of Bainbridge, Ohio, Goldie Jim Jobe of Florida, and Marti Bill Huston of Ashville, Ohio, along with several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at 12:00 P.M. at the Cynthiana Cemetery in Cynthiana, Ohio with Jeff Adams officiating under the direction of the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the family of Roy Allen Locke, c/o Freida Cross, 1905 Pottshill Road, Bainbridge, Ohio 45612.
