Ruby F. Dixon

Ruby F. Dixon, 80 years of Mt. Orab, formerly of Peebles, died Thursday, June 20, 2002 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on September 7, 1921 the daughter of the late George and Flo Burns Copeland.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Dixon, who passed away on October 31, 1995, one daughter, Peggy Sue Pendell, one brother, Ralph Copeland, and one grandson, Billy Joe.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Shirley Dixon of Mt. Orab, Rudy and Janice Dixon of Germantown, Ohio, brother, Bob Copeland of Texas, sister, Betty Robertson of Peebles, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Judy Kay Van Hoy and Wayne Halcomb officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
