Ruby L. Duff

Ruby L. Duff, 89 years of Leesburg, died Monday, January 19, 2004 at the Highland House.
She was born in New Market, Ohio on April 7, 1914 the daughter of the late Virgil V. and Laura Bobb Shelton.
For twenty-six years she owned and operated Ruby?s Beauty Shop in Rossmoyne, Ohio. She wrote a book ?Our Hardship Years? and was an avid flower gardener.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Albert Ernest Shelton, and one sister, Carol E. Ivers.
She was united in marriage on May 29, 1935 to Robert Duff, who survives, one sister, Elizabeth I. Ivers, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
According to Mrs. Duff?s wishes her body was donated to the Ohio State University Medical College. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
