Ruby Gladys Kidwell

Ruby Gladys Kidwell died peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday November 8, 2014 at the age of 88.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Maurice Delbert Kidwell, her children Gregory Alan (Kathleen) and Kendel Grant (benji) Kidwell, her grandchildren, Madison Alexandria, Reilly Lillianna and Mallory Caitlin Kidwell and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members whose lives she touched.
Ruby was born on November 3, 1926 in Vanceburg, KY to the late Martin and Emma (Cole) Smith. She married in 1952 and remained in Vanceburg until 1964 when they relocated to Hillsboro, OH to pursue their dream of a farm life.
Ruby was an accomplished beautician, seamstress and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an active and dedicated member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday November 11, 2014 at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the New Market Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday November 10, 2014 at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
The family would like to thank the caregivers at Riverside Methodist Hospital and the Kobacker House in Columbus for all their efforts, care and dedication in her final days.
