Ruby M. Rose, 83 years of Peebles, died Friday, July 21, 2006 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on April 3, 1923 the daughter of the late Scott and Icie Belle Castle Hayslip.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Rose, who passed away on February 14, 2004.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, James and Cheryl Rose of Peebles, Donnie and Becky Rose of Seaman, sister, Faye Jackson of West Union, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 24, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Bill Christman and Jim Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
